I wanted to buy a Mercedes in Portugal , as I have bought 2 new Mercedes whilst living in UK. Where the service is superb.However having read the reviews of the service, I have changed my mind. What’s the point in buying a very expensive car and then getting 3rd rate service. Better to,go with a cheaper Ford, Toyota, etc save a lot of money.

StarSul is completely incapable to serve a customer. We got the confirmation yesterday that our car is ready for pick-up! It was not ready! So we drove there in vain! We were told that our car is ready this morning! Still at the moment at 2 PM it's not! There is nothing you can trust with StarSul! Maintenance has now taken three days!

In Portugal, the stardust of Mercedes falls down. It is impossible to book an appointment and the parking area is always full. Service is like in s slow motion movie.

ON OUR EUROPEAN TOUR CAMPER BROKE DOWN. THEY WANT US WITH 8 MONTHS OLD BABY WAIT WEEK AND A BIT TO DIAGNOSE PROBLEM. TOOKED ME 5 MIN TO REPLACE PART DIAGNOSED BY ME AND WAS ABLE TO FINISH MY HOLIDAYS AS SCHEDULED.
